Confidentiality: All submissions are kept strictly confidential and shared only with authorized staff and pre-approved freelancers under non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
Testimonials: We may publish anonymized feedback (e.g., “John D. – Software Engineer”) for promotional purposes.
9. Third-Party Accounts
If you connect your SouqJet account to third-party platforms (e.g., Dropbox, Google Drive), you consent to the continuous release of information per your privacy settings on those platforms. Disable this feature if you do not wish to share data.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify SouqJet, its officers, directors, employees, and agents against all losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
