1. General Refund Policy

  • Services Not Rendered:

    • If you have not received any portion of your purchased services, you are eligible for a full or partial refund for the undelivered services.

    • Example: If you purchased a Professional Package (resume + cover letter + LinkedIn optimization) and only received the resume, we will refund the cover letter and LinkedIn fees.

  • Services Rendered:

    • No refunds are available once services have been fully provided (e.g., resume delivered and approved).

    • Dissatisfied with the quality? Contact us within 30 days of delivery for unlimited revisions.

To Request a Partial Refund:

  1. Email hello@souqjet.com or submit a request here.

  2. Provide your order number and details of undelivered services.

  3. We will process your refund within 5 business days.


2. 60-Day Interview Guarantee

What’s Covered:

  • If you apply to 10+ positions you are qualified for within 60 days of receiving your final documents and receive zero interviews, we will provide free consulting services to resolve the issue.

Eligibility:
✅ You purchased a Professional Package or Executive Package.
✅ You provide proof of:

  • Job applications (e.g., confirmation emails).

  • Job descriptions showing required qualifications.
    ✅ You used our resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile for all applications.

Guarantee Exclusions:

  • Applications for roles you are not qualified for.

  • Positions requiring security clearances or specialized certifications not listed in your resume.

  • Lack of interviews due to factors outside resume quality (e.g., salary expectations, location).

How to Claim:

  1. Contact us at hello@souqjet.com within 7 days after the 60-day period.

  2. Submit proof of applications and qualifications.


3. Satisfaction Commitment

  • Not Happy with the Results?

    • Even if you don’t qualify for the 60-Day Guarantee, contact us. We’ll:

      • Assign a senior writer to review your materials.

      • Make revisions at no extra cost (unlimited within 14 days of delivery).


4. What We Don’t Cover

  • Declined Job Offers: If you reject an offer due to salary, location, or other preferences.

  • Delays Caused by Client: Late feedback or incomplete information.

  • Third-Party Issues: Technical errors on job boards or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
